Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India. Some remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable — you will be notified at checkout if your area is unavailable.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities : 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on eligible orders. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
